OPERATION

NOTES

  • Hydroblast® pump starts onlywhen its inlet pressure exceeds 1.5 PSIG.
  • Hydroblast® pump stops only when the "CALL" voltage is removed or the thermal protection opens the coil circuit.
  • Piezo Alarm sounds and the pilot lamp lights anytime the inlet pressure is below 1.5 PSIG.
  • Silence push button (momentary contact) will disconnect the Piezo Alarm temporarily. The alarm pilot lamp will remain lit as long as the condition exists. The alarm circuit is reset automatically when the "CALL" voltage is removed.
NOTE 1: 120V continuous; capable of supplying 1.5 amps for the pump's control circuitry and any load associated with solenoids, contactors, etc. See exception in Note 3.
NOTE 2: The master "CALL" relay controls the system by making or breaking the 120V source referred to in Note 1. The input (M code) to the master "CALL" relay is either 18-36 VAC/DC or 120V as specified by the customer. A bleeder resistor (15k-2w) is installed across the 120V relay's input to assure turn-off.
NOTE 3: If the source of the "CALL" meets the requirements of Note 1 (i.e. not a typical CNC controller), install Jumper (J1) and connect the "CALL" directly to 120V and Neutral on the terminal strip.
