| CJT Koolcarb's rugged and efficient
design provides industrial quality and an excellent value for coolant fed applications.
Each pump style incorporates high grade, rebuildable components with a proven track record
for delivering high performance over the long term. Four pump styles cover a wide overlapping range of pressure and flow. This provides adaptability to more machines and offers the economic advantage of buying only the necessary capacity. Designed for adaptability, the pump's electrical control circuitry allows the pump operation to be controlled by switches, remote contactors or entirely controlled by CNC programming. M-code output voltages are optically coupled, rather than hard wired to the pump's control circuitry. This completely isolates the CNC controller's delicate electronics. Customers often utilize the pump's circuitry and included components to control solenoids, diverter valves and the pump while using a single M-code. Operation of the air driven, diaphram pump lends itself to automatic control by simply
turning the air supply on or off Each pump is assembled with an adjustable pressure regulator and minimum filtration. A
comprehensive operating manual and parts list is included. The air pump comes with: 8' of
inlet hose, 12' of 1/2" outlet hose and manual valve with male quick disconnect. The
electric pumps come with: 10' heavy duty power cord, male and female twist lock caps, 10'
heavy duty power cord for control, 12' high pressure hose, male and female quick
disconnect fittings, 10' each; inlet and bypass hose. |
